e-mail. Be sure to include all necessary information with your order.
After hours, you may leave your request on the library's voice mail.
- Please limit your order to eight (8) items.
- The borrower is obliged to pay round-trip postage, plus a $1.00

library's initial mailing cost. Please place payment in the back of
the book.
- Books are due back to the library within eight (8) weeks, unless
other arrangements have been made. Overdue fines are 10 cents per day,
per item, and should be included with your return book package.
- Books may be renewed over the phone, subject to certain restrictions.
If the call to renew comes after the due date, there is a $2.00 charge.
- The borrower is responsible for the safe return of all books.
Please follow the mailing procedure outlined below.
Mailing Procedure
Book loss is a great liability. Safeguard the borrowed books by
following the proper mailing procedure:
- Securely wrap books in paper, and label the package with the
library address.
- Place package into a padded envelope or box, reinforce with tape,
and affix another address label on the front.
This double-wrapping and labeling procedure greatly reduces book
damage and loss.
